In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
By accessing, registering on, or using the 77judi Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 77judi Platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 77judi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
Important Notice: Access to and use of the 77judi Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77judi makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally permissible in all locations.
3.1 Age Requirement. 21+ The 77judi Platform is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Registration by or for any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. 77judi reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
3.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player may hold only one Account on the 77judi Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of any Funds or Bonuses held therein, and notification to relevant authorities where appropriate.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and to keep all Account details current. 77judi reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided and to suspend access pending verification. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the 77judi Platform is lawful in your country or territory of residence. 77judi does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 77judi immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 77judi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.
4.2 Account Activity. All bets, wagers, and transactions placed via your Account are your sole responsibility, whether or not placed with your knowledge or authorisation. 77judi is entitled to treat all activity on your Account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.
4.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 77judi reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, provided adequate notice has been given. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
5.1 Deposit Methods. 77judi accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
5.2 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 77judi does not accept deposits from third parties. Where a third-party payment is identified, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating payment method, less any applicable processing fees, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, subject to applicable payment provider limits and verification requirements. 77judi aims to process approved withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes during operational hours; however, processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.
5.4 KYC Verification. 77judi is required to verify the identity of Players prior to processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be requested to submit identity documents (national identity card, passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All Bonuses offered by 77judi are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms applicable to the individual promotion. By accepting any Bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each Bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion details. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.
6.3 One Promotion Per Player. Promotional offers are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method. 77judi reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any Bonus where it determines that abuse, collusion, or circumvention of bonus terms has occurred.
6.4 Promotion Modifications. 77judi reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with notice provided where practicable. Any Bonus already credited to a Player Account at the time of termination will remain subject to the original promotion's terms.
7.1 House Rules. All games and betting products available on the 77judi Platform are governed by specific game rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.2 Void Bets and Technical Errors. 77judi reserves the right to declare any bet void in the event of a manifest error, technical fault, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. A manifest error includes, without limitation, obviously incorrect odds, corrupted data feeds, or software malfunctions. In such circumstances, 77judi will refund the stake amount to the Player's Account.
7.3 Result Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, 77judi's records shall be the primary reference. Where a Player disputes the outcome, a formal dispute may be submitted to customer support within fourteen (14) days of the relevant event. 77judi will review and respond within a reasonable time.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the 77judi Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses, and referral to relevant law enforcement or gaming authorities.
All content on the 77judi Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials, is the property of 77judi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, 77judi's total liability to you in connection with the Platform, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
10.2 77judi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.3 The 77judi Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
77judi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options to assist Players in managing their gaming behaviour. 21+ Players under 21 years of age must not use the Platform. 77judi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to 77judi, other players, or third parties; (c) you are under 21 years of age; or (d) you are accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction. Upon closure of an Account, 77judi will return any remaining Funds (net of any applicable deductions permitted under these Terms) to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 77judi holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by 77judi's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the competent dispute resolution body specified by the applicable licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
77judi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address associated with their Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
